At Veda Now, we are committed to providing high-quality Ayurvedic, herbal, and wellness products. Customer satisfaction is important to us; however, due to the nature of health and personal care products, certain return and refund restrictions apply.
Return Policy
For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, opened, used, or partially consumed products cannot be returned or refunded.
Products are eligible for return or replacement only in the following situations:
The product received is damaged.
The product received is defective.
You received an incorrect item.
Items are missing from your order.
Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Return Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return or replacement:
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The original invoice or order confirmation must be provided.
A clear unboxing video and photographs showing the issue must be submitted.
The request must be reviewed and approved by the Veda Now support team.
Veda Now reserves the right to reject any return request if the product appears used, altered, or tampered with.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Returns and refunds will not be accepted for:
Opened or used products.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or storage by the customer.
Orders purchased during special sales, promotional offers, or clearance events.
Change of mind after delivery.
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, government restrictions, or other external factors.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Customers should contact our support team immediately if they wish to cancel an order.
Refund Policy
Once a returned product is received and successfully inspected:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to the customer's bank account after verification.
Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.
Partial refunds may apply where applicable.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available only for:
Damaged products
Defective products
Incorrectly delivered products
Replacement products will be shipped after the returned item is received and verified. If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund or suitable alternative may be offered.

Refunds or returns cannot be requested based on dissatisfaction with personal results or expectations.
